All clients are required to review ReachMiami’s body of work prior to placing an order or engaging in any time of agreement with ReachMiami. The client’s review of ReachMiami’s body of work and portfolio shall serve as proof that the Client is satisfied with both, quality and design style of ReachMiami. Therefore, by paying an initial invoice, the client understands and agrees that any payments to ReachMiami are NON-REFUNDABLE unless there are serious technical issues or a complete misinterpretation in the part of ReachMiami as to how a print job should have been completed. For print-specific jobs, the client must approve every proof sent by ReachMiami and assume responsibility for any and all grammar, spelling errors, and other errors that might occur after the approval process.
