Reach.Miami will make the necessary attempt to complete and ship the customer’s jobs, products, or services on schedule. If delivery is impaired by an act of god, electrical failures, airline shipment delays, any transportation delay, cancellations, or any other delay out of Reach.Miami’s control, then Reach.Miami will assist the client in locating the shipment. Reach.Miami is not responsible for any boxes lost or damaged by the shipping company. The customer agrees not to hold Reach.Miami liable under any of the above conditions in which there are absolutely no refunds.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Due to our gang-run printing process of flyers, the EXACT COLOR and FLYER CUTS cannot be guaranteed. There are absolutely no refunds.

Printed material count

As an industry-standard, you will receive within 10% more or less due to errors. As far as the final size, due to INEVITABLE tolerances in paper mills, on printing presses, and on cutters, the final size of your may vary slightly. For example, if you submit a 4 x 6 the final size can really be as small as 3 7/8 x 5 7/8 (3.875 x 5.875). This is a printing standard and completely ACCEPTABLE.

Replacing / stopping print products

Due to our turnaround schedules Reach.Miami will make a great effort and TRY and cancel an order, or replace files for you, but please keep in mind that once your job is plated we will not be able to stop the printing process or replace files. It is impossible to try and cancel or even change something on the next day an order has been placed. If a replacement is to be made, it should be done before 3PM EST on the day the order was placed. Please make extra sure all your files are ready and finalized before you place your orders.

Customer payment acknowledgement

I acknowledge that I am the sole owner of the credit card used for this purchase, or that I am authorized to use such credit card. I do not hold ReachMiami, Inc (Reach.Miami) responsible for the use of this credit card or PayPal / Square / CashApp / Block account for the form of payment processing on their website.

Refunds

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@reach.miami. A Reach.Miami rep will give you instructions on how to properly receive an exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

If the layout is perfect and it is ready for print, please reply with “I AGREE” so we can finalize your order and send your job to print.
